Digital Social Marketing
Using Social Media requires great care. Some companies have completely upset their potential client base by getting the social aspects wrong.
Generally, for B2B clients we advise they should avoid Twitter and FaceBook. Social Networking is not yet advanced enough to justify substantial expenditure for most businesses.
We have found that LinkedIn and some Blogging and YouTube techniques (in a modest way), are helpful. this tends to be in a more personal manner, rather than in generating new sales. This is beginning to change, as more of the X generation get older and move into more senior positions where they are key purchasing influencers.
The result of Digital Social Marketing is to increase brand visibility, create inbound links, and increase traffic to your website.
