Secure Website + Diary + Room Booking – Setup under £2,500
Our secure, self-managed School Content System allows authorised staff to add and update the web site themselves. For your staff users it is simple to add more text content into the structure or even to add completely new menu sections.
Commonly, education IT environments do not deliver sufficient flexibility to provide you with a web site which OFSTED will support your recognition as an outstanding school, whilst delivering to your design requirements.
Included in the site are two new very useful features:
1. A multi-school calendar: showing useful day-to-day
information on activities and events where
one or multiple schools can be viewed.
2. A multi-school & multi-location on line room booking
system: in which authorised teachers may book room in
time slots – supporting an efficient means of organising
room availability. These are used for ICT and common rooms.
Graveney have worked with us for almost 10 years – we have been delighted that the school has continued to use our system to deliver their web site whilst saving them money. They use our system in addition to the London Grid for Learning.
